WHEELER AVENUE AFRICA PROJECT

The Wheeler Avenue African Project (WAAP) cares about the people in the African Continent. WAAP decided to focus its attention on Soweto and a few other cities in South Africa. Its delegate visit to South Africa revealed poor youth and young adults loitering with seemingly no clear direction. Their observance of the difficult circumstance of infants, children and elders strengthened WAAP’s resolve to seek out meaningful service solutions that deliver comprehensive improvement in the lives of people impacted by poverty and disease. WAAP wants to help the people receive healthcare, job training, jobs, housing, education, business development assistance, community improvement, and spiritual enrichment.

To outreach on the African Continent. To resolve conditions such as food shortages, devastating droughts, lack of education and skill development, abject poverty, deaths from curable or treatable diseases and poor housing conditions.
